Color shade and size variations are inherent qualities in all hand crafted mosaic designs. Our mosaic design tiles are approximant 3/8" thick. Pool plaster is applied to a uniform thickness 3/8" to 1/2" (inch) thick over the entire surface thus making our mosaic tile designs compatible with all pool plasters. Mosaic designs that are single tile are a one piece mosaic design. Mosaic designs that are multiple tiles are single tiles glued to mesh to build the mosaic design (install tiles with mesh). Please note the number of tiles differ in the amount and size (small, medium, large) of individual tiles. Mosaic tile design single and multiple, (install tiles with mesh) must be installed with a quality thin-set mortar to a clean dust free surface before pool plaster is applied. Press tile with a flat piece of wood until thin-set squeezes out from around tile or up through mesh.
